Service: Design Direction & Visualization
Our client came to us with a few finishes they were considering for their bathroom renovation but needed help visualizing how the materials would work together. We created photorealistic renderings using their selected finishes, allowing them to see the possibilities and confidently determine which direction to take.

Our Design Recommendations
-
Extend the blue subway tile around the bathroom and continue it through to the vanity area to create a more cohesive and intentional look.
-
Introduce beadboard paneling throughout the remaining walls to add texture, character, and visual balance while complementing the blue tile.
-
Explore more cost-effective sourcing options. We noticed the client's selected tile was available at a higher price through their original supplier, so we recommended local tile shops offering the same or comparable tile at a lower cost.
The Result
By visualizing the client's ideas before making final decisions, we were able to help them create a cohesive bathroom design while also identifying opportunities to achieve the look they wanted without overspending.

Our clients wanted to refresh their bedroom but weren't sure where to begin. They were looking for a space that felt cozy, functional, and elevated while staying within their budget. Since one of the clients is a skilled handyman, they were also open to taking on much of the construction themselves. This gave us the opportunity to create a design that balanced professional design with practical, DIY-friendly solutions.

Our Design Recommendations
-
Design a custom headboard that could be built by the client, allowing them to achieve a high-end look while saving on custom fabrication costs.
-
Create a curated shopping list with all recommended furniture, décor, and finishing touches, making it easy for the clients to shop without feeling overwhelmed.
-
Develop multiple 3D design concepts to explore different directions for the space. Together, we selected the concept that best reflected their style and lifestyle.
-
Since our clients love watching movies in bed, we designed a custom bench with hidden projector-screen storage, creating a functional feature that seamlessly blends into the design.
-
Add construction drawings to the design package so the client could confidently build the custom headboard and bench themselves.
The Result
-
By taking the clients' lifestyle, needs, skills, and budget into consideration, we created a bedroom that feels cozy, functional, personalized, and attainable. From the initial concept to the final details, we provided the clients with the tools and guidance they needed to bring the design to life themselves—without sacrificing the elevated look they wanted.
-
This project is a great example of how thoughtful design doesn't have to mean an unlimited budget. With the right planning, creative solutions, and a clear vision, we were able to create a space that felt custom-made for the clients while keeping the project practical and cost-conscious.

Service: Professional : Builder/Realtor
Our clients were investing in a new built which was in the process of being built. The investors wanted to get the listing out to start looking for buyers so they needed some renders for their listing. We worked closely with the realtor, while the builders helped us with the finishes.
